This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which INSCOL collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the inscol.com website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by INSCOL.
Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, place an order fill out a form subscribe to the newsletter and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

• To process transactions We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
• To send periodic emails The email address Users provide for order processing, will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.

We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
Important terms related to the program:
1.This is purely a study program and cannot be construed as a mean for an overseas job and or permanent residency.
2.On completion of this program, the student cannot, by default, claim to become a Registered/Practical Nurse in Canada. The student should directly apply to the respective provincial nursing board in Canada and satisfy the requirements to become a Registered/Practical Nurse in Canada
3.This program has limited seats. Depending on the visa outcome, if the seats in this program are not available, INSCOL reserves the right to move some students to another program in the same college, or, defer them to the next available intake.
Your selection of the program:
Once you have selected a program, it’ll be your responsibility to:

a) Pay for all the expenses including airfare, visa fees, visa extension fees, boarding, lodgings (both from the country of applying student visa as well as the country of choice), insurance charges, etc.
b) Fulfill requirements of the student's visa, prevailing at the time of the application and at the time of entry into the country of study.
c) Satisfy the English Language requirements (if applicable) & other admission criteria of the University/College.
d) Be regular with the studies at the University/College and to successfully complete the study program within the stipulated time.
Refund Policy:
a) The tuition fee is non-refundable in case visa is refused on misrepresentation of facts or because of submission of false documents.
b) If the student is not granted visa for reason other than mentioned in clause 4 (a) above, then CAD 200 will be deducted from the tuition fee paid and the balance will be returned into the student’s bank account within 4 weeks.
c) If the student is granted visa and does not join the program or withdraws after joining the program, then depending on the choice of program, INSCOL will either retain CAD 2500 of the first year tuition fees, or, the refund would be subject to the deductions made by the college as per their withdrawal/refund policy mentioned on their offer letter or respective websites.
Your acceptance of these terms
By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
